Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Delivery We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are 2–4 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail or equivalent courier.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with any tracking details.

Delays Whilst we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will resolve the issue promptly.
